and give no opportunity to the devil.
If we don’t have a righteous anger, as Ephesians 4:26 commands, then we are giving place to the devil.

11 Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil

12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities
against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.

13 Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand firm

14 Stand therefore, having fastened on the belt of truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness

15 and, as shoes for your feet, having put on the readiness given by the gospel of peace.

(Ephesians 6:13-18). Since this is the armor that Jesus wore, all we have to do is flip down the visor and the devil can’t tell if it is us or the Lord. We stand in His might,
and the devil will flee from us, just as he fled from Jesus (James 4:7).

we do partake of His flesh and blood, and dwell in Him and He in us John 14:20, 15:4-5. We consume Jesus.

57 As the living Father sent Me, and I live because of the Father, so whoever feeds on Me  Jesus is the word John 1:1 so we feed on Jesus by reading the word.

what is good and acceptable and perfect.
