          |   Healing Scriptures We have to view healing scriptures as prescriptions. For the sake of
illustration our Father God could be the doctor giving the prescription, Jesus
fills the prescription and being the prescription, Holy Spirit delivers the
prescription. As in any prescription we have to read the instructions, so it is
with God's word.

We can read the instructions all day and night but nothing is going to
happen until we put the medication in our mouth and swallow. The same with God's
word, we have to speak it, hear it and get it in our spirit with faith. Faith is
important for it is believing God can do it in Jesus. So put God's word in your
mouth and speak it!
 Exodus 15
15:26 and said, "If you diligently heed the voice of the Lord your God and do
what is right in His sight, give ear to His commandments and keep all His
statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you which I have brought on the
Egyptians. For I am the Lord who heals you."

 Exodus 23
23:25 So you shall serve the Lord your God, and He will bless your bread and
your water. And I will take sickness away from the midst of you.
23:26 No one shall suffer miscarriage or be barren in your land; I will fulfill
the number of your days.

 Psalms 103
103:1 A Psalm of David. Bless the Lord, O my soul; And all that is within me,
bless His holy name!
103:2 Bless the Lord, O my soul, And forget not all His benefits:
103:3 Who forgives all your iniquities, Who heals all your diseases,
103:4 Who redeems your life from destruction, Who crowns you with and tender
mercies,
103:5 Who satisfies your mouth with good things, So that your youth is renewed
like the eagle's.

 Psalms 107
107:19 Then they cried out to the Lord in their trouble, And He saved them out
of their distresses.
107:20 He sent His word and healed them, And delivered them from their
destructions.

 Proverbs 4
4:20 My son, give attention to my words; Incline your ear to my sayings.
4:21 Do not let them depart from your eyes; Keep them in the midst of your
heart;
4:22 For they are life to those who find them, And health to all their flesh.
4:23 Keep your heart with all diligence, For out of it spring the issues of
life.

 Isaiah 53
53:4 Surely He has borne our griefs And carried our sorrows; Yet we esteemed Him
stricken, Smitten by God, and afflicted.
53:5 But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our
iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, And by His stripes we
are healed.

 Isaiah 61
61:1 "The Spirit of the Lord God is upon Me, Because the Lord has anointed Me To
preach good tidings to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, To
proclaim liberty to the captives, And the opening of the prison to those who are
bound;
61:2 To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord, And the day of vengeance of
our God; To comfort all who mourn,
61:3 To console those who mourn in Zion, To give them beauty for ashes, The oil
of joy for mourning, The garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; That
they may be called trees of righteousness, The planting of the Lord, that He may
be glorified."

 Jeremiah 1
1:12 Then the Lord said to me, "You have seen well, for I am ready to perform My
word."

 Jeremiah 30
30:17 For I will restore health to you And heal you of your wounds,' says the
Lord, 'Because they called you an outcast saying: "This is Zion; No one seeks
her." '

 Matthew 8
8:1 When He had come down from the mountain, great multitudes followed Him.
8:2 And behold, a leper came and worshiped Him, saying, "Lord, if You are
willing, You can make me clean."
8:3 Then Jesus put out His hand and touched him, saying, "I am willing; be
cleansed." Immediately his leprosy was cleansed.
8:4 And Jesus said to him, "See that you tell no one; but go your way, show
yourself to the priest, and offer the gift that Moses commanded, as a testimony
to them."
8:5 Now when Jesus had entered Capernaum, a centurion came to Him, pleading with
Him,
8:6 saying, "Lord, my servant is lying at home paralyzed, dreadfully tormented."
8:7 And Jesus said to him, "I will come and heal him."
8:8 The centurion answered and said, "Lord, I am not worthy that You should come
under my roof. But only speak a word, and my servant will be healed.
8:9 For I also am a man under authority, having soldiers under me. And I say to
this one, 'Go,' and he goes; and to another, 'Come,' and he comes; and to my
servant, 'Do this,' and he does it."
8:10 When Jesus heard it, He marveled, and said to those who followed,
"Assuredly, I say to you, I have not found such great faith, not even in Israel!
8:11 And I say to you that many will come from east and west, and sit down with
Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob in the kingdom of heaven.
8:12 But the sons of the kingdom will be cast out into outer darkness. There
will be weeping and gnashing of teeth."
8:13 Then Jesus said to the centurion, "Go your way; and as you have believed,
so let it be done for you." And his servant was healed that same hour.
8:14 Now when Jesus had come into Peter's house, He saw his wife's mother lying
sick with a fever.
8:15 So He touched her hand, and the fever left her. And she arose and served
them.
8:16 When evening had come, they brought to Him many who were demon-possessed.
And He cast out the spirits with a word, and healed all who were sick,
8:17 that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Isaiah the prophet, saying:
"He Himself took our infirmities And bore our sicknesses."

 Matthew 9
9:18 While He spoke these things to them, behold, a ruler came and worshiped
Him, saying, "My daughter has just died, but come and lay Your hand on her and
she will live."
9:19 So Jesus arose and followed him, and so did His disciples.
9:20 And suddenly, a woman who had a flow of blood for twelve years came from
behind and touched the hem of His garment.
9:21 For she said to herself, "If only I may touch His garment, I shall be made
well."
9:22 But Jesus turned around, and when He saw her He said, "Be of good cheer,
daughter; your faith has made you well." And the woman was made well from that
hour.
9:23 When Jesus came into the ruler's house, and saw the flute players and the
noisy crowd wailing,
9:24 He said to them, "Make room, for the girl is not dead, but sleeping." And
they ridiculed Him.
9:25 But when the crowd was put outside, He went in and took her by the hand,
and the girl arose.
9:26 And the report of this went out into all that land.
9:27 When Jesus departed from there, two blind men followed Him, crying out and
saying, "Son of David, have mercy on us!"
9:28 And when He had come into the house, the blind men came to Him. And Jesus
said to them, "Do you believe that I am able to do this?" They said to Him,
"Yes, Lord."
9:29 Then He touched their eyes, saying, "According to your faith let it be to
you."
9:30 And their eyes were opened. And Jesus sternly warned them, saying, "See
that no one knows it."
9:31 But when they had departed, they spread the news about Him in all that
country.
9:32 As they went out, behold, they brought to Him a man, mute and
demon-possessed.
9:33 And when the demon was cast out, the mute spoke. And the multitudes
marveled, saying, "It was never seen like this in Israel!"
9:34 But the Pharisees said, "He casts out demons by the ruler of the demons."
9:35 Then Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their
synagogues, preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every sickness and
every disease among the people. F40
9:36 But when He saw the multitudes, He was moved with compassion for them,
because they were weary F41 and scattered, like sheep having no shepherd.

 Matthew 15
15:30 Then great multitudes came to Him, having with them the lame, blind, mute,
maimed, and many others; and they laid them down at Jesus' feet, and He healed
them.
15:31 So the multitude marveled when they saw the mute speaking, the maimed made
whole, the lame walking, and the blind seeing; and they glorified the God of
Israel.

 Matthew 18
18:18 Assuredly, I say to you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in
heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.
18:19 Again I say to you that if two of you agree on earth concerning anything
that they ask, it will be done for them by My Father in heaven.

 Mark 11
 11:23
For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, 'Be removed and be
cast into the sea,' and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those
things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says.
 11:24
Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you
receive them, and you will have them.

 Mark 16
 16:17
And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out
demons; they will speak with new tongues;
 16:18
they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no
means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover."

 Luke 9
 9:2
He sent them to preach the kingdom of God and to heal the sick.

 Luke 13
 13:16
So ought not this woman, being a daughter of Abraham, whom Satan has
bound--think of it--for eighteen years, be loosed from this bond on the
Sabbath?"

 Acts 3
 3:1
Now Peter and John went up together to the temple at the hour of prayer, the
ninth hour.
 3:2
And a certain man lame from his mother's womb was carried, whom they laid daily
at the gate of the temple which is called Beautiful, to ask alms from those who
entered the temple;
 3:3
who, seeing Peter and John about to go into the temple, asked for alms.
 3:4
And fixing his eyes on him, with John, Peter said, "Look at us."
 3:5
So he gave them his attention, expecting to receive something from them.
 3:6
Then Peter said, "Silver and gold I do not have, but what I do have I give you:
In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk."
 3:7
And he took him by the right hand and lifted him up, and immediately his feet
and ankle bones received strength.
 3:8
So he, leaping up, stood and walked and entered the temple with them--walking,
leaping, and praising God.
 3:9
And all the people saw him walking and praising God.

 Acts 5
 5:16
Also a multitude gathered from the surrounding cities to Jerusalem, bringing
sick people and those who were tormented by unclean spirits, and they were all
healed.

 Acts 10
 10:38
how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power, who went
about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was
with Him.

 Galatians 3
 3:13
Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us
(for it is written, "Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree"*),
 3:14
that the blessing of Abraham might come upon the Gentiles in Christ Jesus, that
we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.

 Colossians 1
 1:11
strengthened with all might, according to His glorious power, for all patience
and longsuffering with joy;
 1:12
giving thanks to the Father who has qualified us to be partakers of the
inheritance of the saints in the light.
 1:13
He has delivered us from the power of darkness and conveyed us into the kingdom
of the Son of His love,
 1:14
in whom we have redemption through His blood, F3 the forgiveness of sins.

 James 4
 4:7
Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you.

 James 5
 5:14
Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let
them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord.
 5:15
And the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up. And
if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven.

 1 Peter 2
 2:23
who, when He was reviled, did not revile in return; when He suffered, He did not
threaten, but committed Himself to Him who judges righteously;
 2:24
who Himself bore our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, having died to
sins, might live for righteousness--by whose stripes you were healed.
 2:25
For you were like sheep going astray, but have now returned to the Shepherd and
Overseer of your souls.
